Great leans!

I do have to stand farther back from my subject than I had anticipated. I’ll be getting the 55mm prime lens next. Overall great quality.

best shallow depth of field

The AF is fantastic and fast. I am very happy with this lens and will recommend it any day to anyone looking for a portrait lens.

Great Portrait lens!

Not worth it

It’s reliability is very unpredictable. I’ve calibrated several times with no luck. When it cooperates the portraits are amazing, but most of the time, it it’s terrible. I find I have to shoot twice as many shots because every other one will be out of focus. I end up ditching it for my Sigma 35 or my 50.
