Works great, I can use my 24-105 4L on my RP. The control ring is very handy too, you can configure it to many different types of uses. Good quality as well, I would recommend getting this over the normal adapter for functionality.

It lets you use Canon compatible EF lenses with new RF line cameras, so you don't have to purchase a new set of RF lenses. I have tried all of my lenses, including Canon and Sigma branded ones, and all of them works fine like a charm.

If youre using EF Lenses on your new EOS camera def get this adapter with the control ring. You can customize the ring and map it to several different options such as ISO, Shutter, Aperture, WB, ect. You def wont ever regret getting this one with the control ring.

This works as intended. I have several EF lens so it's a small sample size, but they all work perfectly with this on my R6.

Great device. It allowed me to keep my EF lenses. Auto Focus is still fast with EF lenses and they are now Eye AF compatible. You can also program the ring to control whatever feature you want on your camera.

I bought this lens adapter to go with my new Canon EOS R7 which replaced my 10 year old Canon EOS 70D. The adapter allows me to use the lenses I had for the 70D with the new R7. The adapter works well. The EF mount lenses work perfectly on the new R7 RF mount. I like having the control ring available which I have mapped to changing ISO in manual mode shooting.

Very easy to install, remove, and use. The rotating ring allows the user to assign this ring some functionality from the camera's menu system.

Very solid and made well. It was recommended that I get the adapter with the control ring so that the experience of EF lenses is similar to the experience of RF lenses. Not sure I needed that because I didn't need to use the control ring during my recent 10 day trip. I mainly bought it over the less expensive one because it wasn't on backorder.

Love the additional control ring, I set mine for exposure compensation, the ring works great with short lenses, a little difficult with long heavy lenses. Overall the product is a must if you are going to use EF mount lenses, the control ring is worth the extra for me.

This adapter lets me use my old Canon lenses on my brand new R5. It is much more economical than spending thousands on new RF lenses. When I shopped for this adapter, BestBuy had a competitive price, had the item in stock, and was the only vendor who could give me a specific shipping date. And delivered it on-time. You will have to attach it to your old lens, and then attach the combined unit to your camera. If you often switch between several lenses, this will slow down your lens-swapping.

This is the answer to, can I use my old Canon lenses on my brand new R5 and R6?.. Without this I would have to spend thousands on replacing old lenses for new ones . Having the control ring on this allows the old lenses to benefit from the new features/short cuts you can get from the RF lenses. I have seen these on the market for scalper prices and $199 is a fair price for this, I was almost tempted to pay $500 for the same thing, imported, no warranty, just to be able to use my existing lenses.

It definitely gives my old EF lens a new spirit when combined with my r6t ii! I don't use the ring as much as I thought I would, but I set it to adjust exposure, which has come in handy. However, it is not needed that much. It is fun to fidget with though haha!

No issues at all. Photo quality doesnt appear to suffer. I do mainly sports photography and set the ring to adjust my ISO so I can quickly change it depending on the lighting.

Adapts my EF glass perfectly with no issues. Nice tight fit, holds lenses well, and have not had a single compatibility issue on my R6. Certainly not the cheapest option but canon gear always works well for me and lasts forever and I expect this to be able to as well.
