One of the best walk around lens
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my daily, walk around lens thats always on my 60D. I love the range on the camera. 15mm works as a wide lens and 85mm gets good range. If i only had one lens this would be it.

Great Wide Angle Zoom

Disappointing with the build quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've got my lens and after several hundred shots found that the image stabilizer did not work. Every time I turn IS on, the image quality is terrible. Had to return it to the store and got another one. The other lens works fine but a lens creep is a pain. I didn't experience this issue with the previous lens but this one drops down very fast with almost no resistance. Although the IQ of this lens is very good and sharp I'm very disappointed paying $800 for a lens that shouldn't pass a quality control.
