Great Addition

Previously, I had the older model of this lens without the STM feature. This lens works much better in my opinion. If you are purchasing the Video Creator Kit, this is a great addition!

He was extremely helpful and educated me about the lens features. Once I started taking pictures, I was pleased.

Good lens, great pics, but focus issues.

I was very disappointed that some of my zoomed shots were out of focus. It was a cloudy day, but nevertheless there was enough light and contrast and the lens should've focused at full zoom range. Good enough for the price if you shoot up close.

The quality isn’t the worst. If you’re in a bind financially, or you’re trying to find something affordable for starting out. This is your glass!

Just Save Up

The photos came out less than the quality I have come to expect from Canon. Returned this lens and purchased the 70-200 f/4 instead. Yes the zoom range is smaller but love having a constant aperture of f4.
