    Not horrible for a low level canon lens. L glass is amazing and after shooting it my expectations are pretty high. This isn't bad for the price range though.

    My suggestion...save for a 85mm....or get a 50. I did get some amazing family sessions with this lens but save the $300 and put it to a prime.
