    This is a great wide angle lens for your full frame camera. I use it for landscapes and for making tight spaces look larger than they are. Lens is sharp and focus is quick. Thought about the ƒ2.8 version, but with high ISO cameras and lots of depth of field anyway this was the right choice.

    Love the canon L series lenses. Great craftsmanship. I had a canon 24-105mm f/4L lens and loved it. I purchased this lens as a backup and also to give me some more reach on the lower end of my photography. It is different than the 24-105 due to how the lens doesn't "telescope" in and out like most lenses but the lens changes within its own lens.

    I am a beginner photographer who is using the lens to take real estate pictures. Seems to work good for someone who has no experience with cameras. Felt it was a bit pricey but again, new to this and using the internet research and learn.

    This is a great lens, but it has taken me a bit of time to get used to as it’s a big step up from my regular lenses. Overall, great lens for any scenic landscapes!

    I didn't know what i was missing out on until I got this lens. The angle is wide enough for any landscape, and just a touch of bubbling around the edges helps to give the image that wide-angle look, rather than flattening it out. F/stop capabilities are incredible in low-light. Love love love this lens!
