I purchased this lens for portrait and wedding photography and to pair it with my 70-200mm f2.8. I have used it several time and I am extremely happy with the results from this lens!

By far the best lens on the market! My only regret is not making the investment in this lens sooner. The end result is absolutely flawless and focused images. Well worth the investment, can't go wrong.

This is a really nice lens that compliments my 70-200. It is very solidly built as the EF lenses are and the 2.8 lets in plenty of light.

This lens is the best I’ve ever purchased. Pics are so crystal clear. If I had a wish, I’d wish for image stabilization on it. I use a tripod all the time with this lens. Love it.

I traded in my old Rebel camera and an Old Tamron Lens and applied the credit to this lens. There is no IS, so make sure you shoot fast or use a tripod. Pictures are sharp and beautiful.

I am used to working off primes, and so it was great to have a good lens kit to use for weddings. This is a go to for getting all those shots, especially during a quick ceremony.

My kit lens with my 6D fell in the sand and it was going to cost $500+ to fix. I read really good review about this and decided to spend the extra and purchase. Glad I did. Probably my best lens.

I should have added this to my kit years ago. Tack sharp images, fast focus. Everything you expect from an L series lens. I now carry this lens everyday.

I use this lens on both my Canon 5D Miii and a Canon C300 Mii. The fixed aperture is great for video. This lens far exceeds the 5D kit lens. Best Buy's price is competitive with online stores.

this is my go to lens in all my shoots especially ones with kids so i get up close quick as they're always moving. its so versatile

I bought this about a month ago and it's my new favorite lens! The Canon quality shows and it work perfectly with my 5D body. The clarity of my shots is amazing and I couldn't be happier.
