Have captured some really fine photos with this lens! Use a tripod for stability to eliminate blur.

I originally purchased this for me but have since passed it to my 15 year old son. We took this with my old T3i that he used and got some amazing shots during an air show with the Blue Angels.

Great lens, takes nice pictures. It is a bit heavy. But, that heaviness is a good thing as well. It won't just fall apart on use.

I really like this zoom lens once I figured out how to operate it. The instructions that come with it are not explanatory enough to direct the user as to where the actual fine tune ring is, I thought it was a defective lens at first. Now that I figured it out, I think it is wonderful, the focus is superb.

Good lens, price is a little steep for someone doing it as a hobby and novice, but the quality so far has been good.

I got this lens when Bestbuy had it on sale, so the price of the lens was great. I brought it for a racetrack event and tested it heavily. I am very happy with this lens. The auto focus on this lens is very quiet.

Love this lens!! I was very concerned about using this lens for action shots at my sons high school football games without the image stabilizer. It only took a few times to get used and it works GREAT!!! For many years I have wanted to get these kinds of pics and have been jealous of the other moms that could. Now I am one of those moms!!! I am so glad that I spent my money on this lense. I only had the factory lense the camera came with and I always wished it was able to zoom farther. This new zoom makes me very happy when I take pictures. I love that I can get close up and not have to move closer.
