He is still getting the hang of it but he loves it! I have seen some of his pictures and I love it too! I can't speak on value or if it auto focuses, as I know nothing about camera lens, I did not find the price too crazy though, compared to the model he really wanted, this was a steal! He was happy with this model regardless which was all that mattered. I am truly happy with my purchase!
