Just (finally) got this one to replace the Mark III stolen off an airplane last year (sob). Setup and operations have minimal changes (except for surprise of touch screen function), so not much learning curve... Huge improvements in image quality, onscreen with Photoshop, over Mark III. I almost always use natural light in Manual mode, but don't recall this ease of use with ISO set at Auto - is hard to mess up, even with fast moving children...

Where do I begin? Simply put, this camera is amazing - from the increased ISO range, better sensor, and the larger viewing screen are just a few features that make it so much better than our Mark IIs. The contrast and black levels on the IV are simply amazing. The colors are richer and brighter. The clarity on screen is greater. It is just a better camera. Thought it would be nicer, just did not anticipate it being so much nicer. If you are thinking about upgrading or buying, just do it! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent picture quality. You cannot go wrong with full frame. Got this as an upgrade from a canon t4i and the difference is worth the money. Whether you are a professional or amateur highly recommended camera.

The 5D Mark IV is one of the most easy cameras to use. It’s even equipped with Bluetooth and you can shoot with your smartphone as a remote.

This camera works very well with excellent capabilities and is adaptable to be used with older lenses as well as new. Great camera! Only drawback I notice is it doesn't have the flipable LCD viewer as my older Canon 70D has however all other aspects work much the same but with better quality.

This camera was an upgrade from my 5D mark III that ended up failing on me. This camera here has been absolutely amazing. From shooting in low light night clubs, to portraits, to shooting videos for clubs. It has been to notch everytime.

Quite pricey but no doubt one of the best cameras I've ever laid my hands on. Everything from intetface, quality of production to the moments of truth! In love with this camera.

This camera is worth every penny! I was hesitant buying such an expensive camera. The photos I create, take, and the beauty that I see through the lense is captured perfectly. The 5D was such a dream of mine to finally get my hands on. TREAT yourself you won't regret it.

I absolutely LOVE this camera. As a pro photographer this has become my go to camera. Amazing colors. High mega pixels. Images are sharp, and clear. I am considering purchasing a second one to use as a back up.

I have 2 Canon 5 D Mark 2 cameras, the 5 D Mark 4 is light years ahead in technology and features. This is a professional level camera that allows me to create awesome images.

amazing camera. this really help take off my photography career

I decided to update to this camera and I am very happy with the purchase. There is lots to learn since it have a bunch of new features I am not aware of. It's a bit heavy but I guess u expect this from a camera this expensive. The lense that comes with it is actually very useful.

Great camera. I have been a canon user since the 70s and must say this camera you can do a whole lot with. I will use it for wildlife, landscape, weddings and events. This is far better camera than my previous canon cameras and a great chose to purchase.

Let me start this review by mentioning that I have been a Canon user since 1996 with my first SLR purchase and since then I have owned 4 DLSR cameras and many lenses. My primary interest is in nature and wildlife photography. I purchased this 5D Mark IV camera after I accidentally dropped my Mark III in ocean water on the beach and I have owned this camera since Nov 2019. Few weeks ago I was getting the camera ready for use and I started getting this error which basically said that the camera cannot communicate with the battery. Camera will then ask you if you are using original Canon battery. I have always used original Canon batteries for all my cameras so I tried to see if it will fix the error by using my other older batteries and I kept getting same error. This experience with a brand new camera has been very bad for me and I have sent it out for repairs and I am hoping that the warranty covers the repair cost that is estimated at over $450. I will update this review after my repairs are done and I get back my camera. Canon, I am hoping you will take care of your loyal customers like me.

Good camera every body can use this camera for professional photography

This is such a fantastic Camera for everyday Shooting and more. It’s a bit heavy to lug around everyday, but you may be ok with that if you’re looking for the best possible photo! Features such as wi-fi and connectivity to my iPhone was important in my choice. This offers you remote shooting and a photo output to your smart phone. There are also many typical photo editing functions built right into the camera! Great Camera overall!

I'm still discovering new tricks and things this camria is capable of and it's purity amazing. If your into photography, I mean really into it, this camera dose it all and more. I can't imagine any camera better than this one for the price.

This is the perfect addition to the family. Takes great photos. It’s a learning curve for sure what give me so much room to grow as a photographer. Very pleased with my purchase.
