I had the rebel t3i camera but thought it was time to upgrade, and after doing a lot of research this camera made the most sense, being more affordable but being a step up from what I was shooting with. I love everything about it!

I upgraded from a Rebel T1i and am amazed by the difference. Everyone comments on my photographs now and several friends have asked me to take their family photos. It is a great camera for natural light shooters. I still have a lot to learn about the camera and photography but am really enjoying the process.

When chose a DSLR camera you should do you home work, There are some trade offs when moving form the 70D to the 6D and you have to know what you are looking for and what you wish the camera to accomplish , For me the full from capability and the sharpness of the images was a no brainer. I did lose on some focal points and speed of transition when in auto mode .

I upgraded from my T2i to this baby. It's lighter comparing to other full frame bodies. Night time pictures are awesome. I crankes it up to 3200 ISO and still doesn't have much noise. I'm in love with this.

moving from film to digital and have been very impressed with the camera so far.. Even in low lighting without flash got great images using the A+ setting. I Use my existing 28-105mm lens from my old EOS film camera and works great. Battery holds up longer than expected and has nice charger to let you know when fully charged.

This camera may not have all the bells and whistles of other cameras, but I wasn't interested in that. This camera does what I want ... takes great pictures. Yes, technique often counts for more than does the camera. But, any serious photographer will love this camera. Just a tad bigger than the 60D, the camera feels like a serious tool. I worked in video for 25 years and can tell you the video performance is awesome. The only issue is that I wish the screen was articulating. With bad knees getting those low shots is difficult. But, that doesn't take away from my love of the camera. Couple this with the iPhone app and you have remote viewing, and remote control. That's a feature I use a lot. No question, the best camera in this price range.

After doing thorough research through online and published reviews, I was ready to take the plunge into a full-frame DSLR system. My upgrade from a 60D to a 6D revealed some remarkable enhancements to prior images. I'm a proud and loyal Canon user and this is a worthwhile investment!

Professional photographer who purchased as a backup to an aging 5DmkII. Its one of 4 bodies we own and frankly, except maybe for the 1DmkIV, may be the best of the bunch. Light, compact, loaded with super neat features like GPS built in, this is the perfect pro back up or first full frame for an amateur.

This is an awesome camera. Bought it so I wouldn't have to switch lenses. Suprised at how well the low light shots come out. Has GPS on the camera, which is great.

I really love my new Canon 6D. I've had an EOS A2E for years and loved it. Looking forward to many years of great photos. Recommended to 2 friends and the three of us purchased it within a week of each other.

I purchased this as an upgrade to my T3i. The picture quality is phenomenal. When I zoom in, the image is very clear, compared to the T3i which was pixelated and noisy. I am a huge fan of Canon products, they never disappoint. The ISO settings are perfect for capturing clear photos in not so well lit areas. The interface is simple to use, just as with the T3i. The shutter is much quieter than the T3i. I certainly see the advantage of upgrading from a cropped sensor to a full frame.

A good full frame dslr with nice low light sensitivity and a big advantage of having wireless file transfer option. Couple it with a light room, you can rock the world. I use this camera for doing shoots and I love this one. I used to use 7 D before and also rent 5d mark II for big events. Was aiming at 5d III, then found this baby. Trust me this one pretty much does all tht the new 5d does. There are few upper hands in the new 5d III especially dual memory slot, lesser shutter lag etc but, in price point, I thought of compromising those. :). One thing I miss badly is the pc sync cord option in 6D. So now if I have to mount a flash and also use remote trigger to fire slave flashes I have to get an accessory to do that. That part, yeah, am not a big fan of. But, otherwise it's a really cool light weight camera. Go get yours !!!
