Stepping up from the Canon EOS Rebel series to something with a little more oomph, the 6D is fantastic so far. The combo of the Full Frame sensor and L-series glass has me very happy with the purchase. The images are crisp and low light performance is amazing. Can't wait to get my hands on a f/2.8 lens and get some great night sky shots.

Absolutely love the camera. Upgrading from a t5i definitely takes my photography to the next level.

I bought this as a step up from the 60D. I was looking for better low-light performance and better image production, which the camera delivers. I mostly do landscape photography, so the limited number of focal points is not a big deal to me, but if you do action shots or a lot of video work, the 7D or 70D might be a better choice for you. While the camera is great, I am trading in the lens for the 24-70mm f4, which is sharper and has fewer issues. Still, for most weekend shooters, this will be a fine lens for everyday use.

Bought this to use with my Sony a6000 and this camera is phenomenal. Can practically see in the dark.

Upgraded from T3i. Really like the full frame--better low lighting. The wifi feature works great with my iPhone (yes, you can use it to trigger the camera remotely even when not connected to a wifi network!).

wouldn't say it's he best for a beginner but this camera is amazing, just takes some getting used to

The Canon 6D was my first camera upgrade after owning a Sony alpha 35. I bought the 6D because I wanted a full frame camera for landscape and night photography.The full-frame sensor that works well at low light levels and the most important, the quality of the photo is so nice.

This camera is amazing! Before purchased, I compared many kinds of cameras and find them too expensive or not a Full-frame camera. This one really fit me as an advanced second camera. And it looks really cool, lighter than 5D3 and other Full-frame camera. wonderful!

This camera is awesome for people who would love to upgrade to full frame camera but dont want to pay alot of money. 6D can do most of the pro camera things can do.
