I just upgraded from the Canon 60D. This is a huge improvement. The quality of the photos alone is a big difference. I love love love the wifi feature. Being able to take photos using my iPhone as a remote is so cool. Also love the touch screen menu now. I don't have one complaint on this camera. Keep it up Canon!

I finally had the opportunity to upgrade my camera after 5+ years. This was a great choice. Easy to use. Great capability. The amount of light it lets in is great. Plus the wifi option is so handy.

Bought to replace my 30D. Great pictures, amazing video, great battery life, awesome flip out screen that can be flipped back over to prevent scratches and lighter than my 30D. All the same feature, new ones and can use your previous lenses, 30D in my case, until you're ready to buy a new one. Works absolutely perfect, with your original lenses, so you may not need to upgrade. I enjoy it, hope you do too!

I started with a Canon T2i and finally upgraded to this camera. I love it. It is easy to use, especially with having experience with another canon. Still a great starter camera if you want a higher megapixel. The additional features and faster frames per second feature were what I was after and this hit the mark.

I love this camera! You don't buy this camera to use the "auto" mode; however, even my wife (who uses auto all the time) LOVES the pictures this thing takes. It's a DSLR so it takes up a little more room while traveling; however, the memories this thing captures makes it worth it!

I have the Canon T3i which is an excellent camera but was in need of an additional body for security reason when on a shoot. After extensive research I chose the Canon 70D and fell in love with it. It is the one I use all the time and now have my T3i as a back up. Very easy to use and many wonderful features that were not available back I purchased my other camera. I can honestly say purchasing anything other than a Canon has never crossed my mind. When you find something you are comfortable with and have never had any problems why switch. I stand behind Canon 100%

As a beginning videographer, the upgrade from the rebel series to the 70d was totally worth it!! The Rebel Series was and is great to start out, but the 70d is just that much better!!

I have had Canons for over 20 years. I sent my T3i in for service/repair to Canon and was disappointed in them so I decided I'd switch to Nikon. When I went into Best Buy to take a hard look at a new camera, I was shocked to see a real "Canon" representative in the store (San Luis Obispo). He apologized sincerely for the Canon Corp issues, gave me a personal business card and then showed me all of the new features of the 70D. Talk about blown away! Plus, their regular camera sales associate is ALWAYS knowledgeable. He can answer everything I ask and has the experience with the camera to back it up. Landscapes, portraits, action, underwater, adventure. This was the BEST experience I had in a Best Buy and with a camera purchase. The 70D is such a huge upgrade and (only in my personal opinion), a must have for a photo enthusiast, intermediate level photographer. Pixels a plus, process speed a plus, touch screen LCD a plus... I can go on and on. If you're looking at cameras, please just give it a shot and at least go into a store to check it out.

I love the touch screen and all the improvements over the 60D. The wi-Fi, using the remote app with your smart phone or iPad, is a great advantage in nature & wildlife shooting . The layout of the buttons and the grip feel of the body is great. The new sensor and the added AF points and menu layout I really like. I would recommend the 70D a great Canon upgrade over the 60D. Great for fast moving sport shooting at 7 sps. Canon has taken the best features of their cameras and included them into this camera -thats what is great.

Used to have a 60D with the 18-300mm and now using this 70D with the Sigma 18-250mm. Great on daylight. Good on low light.
