I like this canan d70 works good and really nice working

I have been running a YouTube channel for the past couple years and Ive just used a standard video camera. While it got the job done, after getting the canon 70d I realized I was missing out. With the ability to change out lenses and get that awesome shallow depth of field like you see in the movies is just amazing!! And on top of that it takes great pics as well! If you aren't used to a DSLR like me it definitely takes some time to get used to all the new settings and customizing. And I'm still learning. Even though this DSLR has a pretty healthy price tag, it is WELL worth it!! Buy with confidence!

Great camera for advanced and creative photographers

Coming from the Canon 7D, I believe the 70D has much better video quality, and its easy to use, much lighter on the hand, but its not as good on picture quality. For someone like me who uses both video and Photo options in different settings, I expected equal or better picture quality in the upgrade from 7D to 70D but overall I am very happy with my product! And I highly recommend it to beginners, intermediates and professionals! :)

This camera is great for the person who needs professional still and video photography. The ease of use of the camera is great for beginners and there is all of the features needed for a working professional.

Still learning, playing with, all the features this camera has to offer, but, so far, I love the wifi pairing option so you can review your photos on a mobile device/tablet with Canon's EOS app. This camera's ability to capture great photos is only limited to the user's abilities. Personally, I'm currently experiencing difficulty controlling the auto focus, so I'm not sure this camera would be my first choice for fast wildlife shots? Perhaps I'll change my initial assumption after I figure out all the MANY amazing features? If this will be your first EOS SLR camera body, or an upgrade to your old camera, then you'll love it. Either way, it's a great camera at a great price!

was in the market for something that would capture great video, was very impressed with the auto focus feature (hardly looses focus) and with this canon 70D I get the added bonus of also capturing great pictures.

Lense versatility and superior auto focus makes this camera ideal for flexible videography. Slightly heavy for on the go vlogging, but perfect for fixed setups and unique lighting situations.

This camera is well worth the price. I've used it for weddings, baby showers, engagements, and family photos around the house. It's an all around great camera. No matter if you're in or out side. The feature I most enjoy is the wifi, it allows me to instantly share and charge for the photos. Thanks Canon!!!

I'm a semi-professional photographer, who was looking for a camera that would take photos with excellent clarity without sacrificing warmth. I also wanted something that would offer above average video quality, and would enable some versatility in my picture taking. So far, I have done little to alter the settings or experiment with different lenses. Regardless, the camera takes excellent photos with exactly the characteristics I was looking for. My purchase at Best Buy was a great experience, as the representative was knowledgeable and offered some consumer education upon my request. Given my budget, this camera has met and exceeded my expectations.
