This is the DSLR you've been waiting for. If you're looking for. Great all around camera you can use for kids and art photography. Very versatile and does a greAt job in varying circumstances. The phase detect video is far better than anyone else and picture quality is excellent. Made for the armature who wants near pro quality.

If you are a beginner and want to invest in a long-term product, this camera will over exceed standard! If you are a professional on a budget and are a Canon lover, or even a Nikon lover, you'll agree that the quality is amazing. First off, love the manueverable touch/flip screen for high quality live-mode/real time mode. I enjoy the HD quality, and really agree with the settings that are completely personable and user friendly. The manual really explains simple directions, if you know your way around the camera.The only thing I wish it had, was two slots, one for a compact flash, and one for sd...but that's just a personal preferance. If you are into photography but can't afford a Canon 5d mark ii or iii, then this is a couple steps down. I really wish it was full frame, but for the quality, high iso, and shutter speed, this camera really blew my mind for Best Buy's price.

Excellent live view focusing and wifi control capability. Versatile lens. Anything one would want or need in a DSLR.

Really just learning how to use this camera's ability's but awesome so far. Pictures are crystal clear. Wifi is great - link camera directly to your phone, you can quickly share your pictures. Touch screen LCD is very clear & easy to use. If your looking for a quality DSLR don't look any further.

I researched this camera online and knew what I wanted when I walked into the store. Quick and easy ... I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Best Buy !!! I then ordered a zoom lens online and had another wonderful experience. This is a fantastic camera. Best bang for your buck. Can't go wrong with this one !!!

I've owned this camera for over half a year now and have been consistently impressed. I originally purchased this camera because of the "touch to focus" CMOS sensor, which is activated via the touch screen. It makes focusing on the fly a total breeze, especially if you're using one of Canon's fancy silent STM lenses. While the 7D might be the best cropped-sensor Canon DSLR for taking only stills, the 70D rises to the occasion in the video world as well. Pictures are still razor sharp, but that honestly has more to do with the lens than just the sensor alone. The camera is also packed full of Canon's standard range of features, and is highly customizable. If you're not quite ready to take the plunge into the world of super expensive full frame DSLRs and their even more expensive lenses, then this camera might be the perfect choice for you.

This is a great camera for pictures and video. If you love taking pictures and video, then this is for you. However, if you are looking for a camera just to take pictures ONLY, then I would suggest looking at different DSLR cameras. But it all depends on how much you have to spend.

Great camera. I am still working on getting the best pictures & videos. I am having a lot of fun with it.

Absolutely love the wifi feature of this camera. Have used remoteimage viewing and camera control from my cell phone. I tested the wifi signal strength. I could control the camera (ISO, aperture, shutter) from 60 feet away. Very easy to use.

Just taking the time to stop and take a photo of that moment in time you are looking at will make you smile and wonder how you did it. It doesn't take a degree in photography to see your positive and beautiful results.

This is my 5th Canon DSLR and by far is the best yet. I love the articulating screen which makes it so much easier to view. The video, while not the reason I bought the camera, is great and I will be using it more than I have on my 7D.

I purchased this to replace a seven year old Canon and now I wish I made the purchase years ago. I took some amazing night time shots straight out of the box without changing any settings. The more familiar I became with the settings and features, the better my pictures got!

Focus is fast and precise. The new STM lens is super quiet and I wonder sometimes if it even moved.

Great camera , one you have to control rather than it control you. I suggest some basic classes or online tutorial before purchasing to full use it to it capability requires some basic camera knowledge other than point and shoot.

I upgraded from a Canon Rebel to this Canon 70 D and I am so happy with my choice. The quality of the photos along with now having the video capability and wireless connectivity make the 70D unbeatable. The customer service from Adorama is fantastic as well. I couldn't be more pleased!
