Love the camera. This is my second 70d. I took weekly action shots at HS Football and basketball games for several years. I am a grandmother that likes to take photos with very little training. Many of my photos were considered good enough for the yearbook.

The eos70 is a great all around Camera for pictures and especially video. I own Canon and Nikon Camera's and this is now my go to Camera.

Many, many features that I am still learning. Automatic features allow you to use it right away and get great shots.

I can't say enough good things about this camera. It tracks in real time while taking video which no other DSLR has done before. I've taken stills and video so far and every shot has been crispy clear.

I bought one if these old urging the new year and only recently gonna chance to put it through its paces on a recent trip. In short, it did a great job. Solid image quality, great video, especially with the kit lens. The STM makes a massive difference when you're trying to record video. If you're serious about audio though, I would recommend an external mic. Autofocus is also super quick but can falter in some really low light situations. It hasn't been a massive problem for me though. I'm really enjoying the camera and looking forward to using it more.

Haven't been able to use it much yet but so far so good with as much as I have used it!

I took up photography as a hobby and this camera was my beginners camera it’s amazing. Now my children use it to make YouTube videos and the quality is outstanding.

Don't hesitate to buy it's a great camera and video recorder. I bought it to make videos for a you tube channel I couldn't be happier with the crisp, super clear pictures.

This camera has been a staple for video ever since its release. I know have a canon 80d but highly recommend this camera if you want to save some money. Not too many differences.

While this is the top of the line camera, the price is worth it. As a beginner I was happy with how quickly I had the camera up and ready to use. My biggest issue was finding a bag that I liked!

Purchased this camera a year ago for its faster shutter speed. Takes great sport action shots in any type of light. Highly recommend this for amature or professional.

I really enjoy using this camera overall. To me the images are softer than expected and not as good as some point and shoots that I own. I also have to say that the swivel touch screen is not really comfortable to use (with your left hand) while your right hand holds the camera. The focusing is very fast and accurate . The 7 FPS makes it great for multi frame shooting. The low light performance is not that great and is disappointing. I do recommend this for Entry level and some intermediate users as it performs as it should with minor exceptions. I will admit that using a prime lens such as a 50mm the performance is much better than with the bundled lens.

I am still getting to know how to use it. This is my first dale camera . I have heard so many great reviews. And I am excited I am just going to get a lens that would be better for what I want to do. I would say research what your uses will be and make sure you get the right one. You might be better off getting body only and getting the lens you need!

I've had it about a month and a half and love it! Getting the feel for it will take more time since it's my first proper camera. I'd recommend it to family and friends!

I needed a good quality DSLR for both photos and videos. This Canon has been impressive in both areas. Quality camera at a great price.

I upgraded from the 50D to the 70D for the video capacity. Video works great. Same Canon Quality I like. Also the new lens with 18mm low end is a big plus from the old 28mm.

I've been a Nikon guy for years but always heard about Canon cameras. After buying the Canon 70D I have been converted. The 70D is a great camera for the price. Not only does it shoot great photos but the video is outstanding! The autofocus feature when shooting video is what you would expect from a dedicated video camcorder but better. The touchscreen feature makes it easy to adjust and gives you great control. So if you are interested in a great camera for pics and video, this is the one to buy!
