Great camera from avid user to semi pro

Wish I could shoot video while looking through the viewfinder and not LCD only. Took on a TN vacation and capture every moment. Get a 80mbs card to maximize speed of Consecutive shoot, especially when shooting sports it's a must have.

Great transitioning camera

This is my first Canon camera and it seems to be fairly adequate so far. My shots are cleaner. I love that I am always learning something new with this camera. It is a joy to work with. I do fear that I will break that rotating display screen. Sometimes I think I'm turning it the wrong way. One thing I dislike is the mode dial lock. When I'm shooting something and I need to change my mode quickly, I hate that I have to unlock it by pushing down the button and then turning the dial.

My first SLR and is the best
