Great picture quality easy to use not Cheap but worth the price for the quality

Upon purchasing this item i did do a bunch of research on it as most people should do before making their decision.The camera is comfortable in hand and easy to learn if you are a beginner and carries its classic canon settings which previous canon users are all familiar with.This is an outstanding camera all around and top of its class for video recording for amateur and professionals.This camera is well worth the price!

I’ve had several cameras in my lifetime but always wanted a better camera. I decided to wait until my children were grown since they often borrowed my cameras. I’m not a professional photographer so, I wasn’t looking for something along those lines. What I got by buying this camera is my dream camera! It does all I need it to do and takes amazing pictures. Can’t wait to buy more toys for it!

From the time I picked up this camera, the controls were intuitive. The menus are better organized than earlier xxD's. Many of the things that bugged me about my 40D have been resolved. I find the autofocus to be quick and accurate. The video application is new to me and I'm still learning to use it. The one downside is the support software which still frustrates me with it's inefficiencies and overly complex workings.

Great camera. Wish have Chinese instruction coming with.

I had gotten a Canon t6 for Xmas but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. After doing some research I decided I wanted the 80D. I will say the price was a bit high for the camera but it came with the 18mm-135mm lense I wanted so I paid full price. I wish I would have shopped around more but I appreciate the help I got and honestly love this camera.

This is a great camera for someone who is starting out in photography, or an experienced photographer. It has a lot of features that can be used to further improve your photos. The lens that is included is definitely an upgrade over the lenses offered with some of the other entry level cameras. Overall a fantastic camera.

The 80D is an outstanding camera. It is good at the mid-level of the offerings. Plenty to learn, plenty to use, plenty of quality and capabilities. The layout of buttons for changing various settings is intuitive and helpful. You can use the LCD, look through the view finder, or change from on top. The focal points are high quality and help you get the right spot. Support from Canon is outstanding and has proven helpful in the few cases where the documentation with the camera wasn't quite as clear as it could be. Absolutely happy with the purchase.

This is my first "grown-up camera". I really did my research and homework before making this purchase. There is a lot to learn before I am totally comfortable with my Canon 80D, but I am having fun getting familiar with all of the features!

The Canon EOS 80D is fast, and if you play with the settings can produce excellent photo and video quality.The 80D is capable of producing excellent photos -- as long as you either shoot raw or change many of the default JPEG settings. The camera's automatic white balance isn't very good. Under our lab lights, the only way I could get anything I could compare to other cameras was by using manual white balance

I had a point and shoot sony camera before purchasing this one. Once I started shooting video and taking pictures I noticed a huge difference in picture quality right from the beginning. Another great feature is the rotating LCD touch screen. I opted for this camera body and lens package because you get the lens for a better price compared to buying it separately. Very happy I made the investment!
