This Canon EOS 80D has so many great features, my favorite being the wifi. You can connect the camera to your cell phone and shoot remotely using the Canon connect app. I just took the camera to New Zealand and have about 3000 pics you sort thru. I'll update the review after I finish if I have more specifics to add.

great camera! amazing pictures and easy to use for all photographers. the touch screen is very nice. I have a 7D Mark II also and i prefer this camera over it.

Ideal for beginners, but makes you feel like a PRO with is easy to use features. Wide grade of features and fantastic image quality . Not to mention it is great on the budget.

So far so good. Love the lenses. Lightweight and easy to used. Pretty clear pictures even in dark environments. Like the auto focus feature on the video recording.

I purchased this camera mainly for youtube videos. The autofocus is absolutely amazing! It takes wonderful photos as well. This is my first DSLR camera so I am still learning all of the functions but so far so good. I love the canon connect app that lets me transfer photos to my phone wirelessly! I can see why many get deeply into photography. I recently purchased some "glass" and I find myself counting down the days for the weekend so I can shoot videos and photos. The battery life has been very good. I can not say for sure how many photos you can typically get off of a charge because I take a lot of video but it does not disappoint!

All I can say is if you’re looking for a great camera with one not to be sooo expensive, I’d recommend the 80D! This camera is great and with the lens it comes with it is very versatile! Wether you’re starting out or wanting to upgrade this is the way to go!! Trust me!!

This is a great all in one camera! I've had great results using this camera for wildlife since it's a crop sensor camera. The auto focus is fast and dead on and a lot of fun to use. This camera is also great for video and has a bunch of great features to use, I especially love the time lapse built in feature. Overall this camera is a great choice if your on a budget and looking for a crop sensor for wildlife etc. I also love the fact that it shoots 7fps, it's not the 7D but it's still pretty good when shooting birds in flight or even sports of all kinds. I would recommend this camera.

I've had this camera for several months and I've used it several times and I would definitely recommend it. That said, there is definitely room for improvement. I love the wifi feature for transferring photos but I hate the grid auto lighting. When you take a photo the camera will highlight an area and then automatically adjust the lighting based on the focal point, completely overriding the set aperature settings and ruining the natural lighting of the photo.

I ended up returning mine for a Sony A7iii but I had it for almost a month and in that time frame it was an amazing camera it's a lot more user-friendly than Sony and there are a few features that I really liked that aren't on the new camera but overall the moments captured are incredibly Sharp. I originally went with this camera over Sony because lenses are quite a bit cheaper but they are still quality. I would absolutely recommend this camera if you don't mind how large it is

This is my 2nd DSLR Cannon. Love all the features and the capabilities of the camera are endless. The moveable and touch screen is awesome when you are trying to take a picture if the space only allows for a camera to be in the area.

The canon 80D is great for all types of photography! The LCD touch screen is great for quick navigation and the WiFi capabilities are great for watching real-time video on various devices. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Great price with extras such as the lens and camera stand. The pictures really look nice. It have the easy that a novice photographer can use like myself. It also has the advance settings that the professional can admire. The only negative is that I wish it would have included the "downloading" cable for the picture to the computer. Also I wish it would have come with a small len to go along with the 18-135mm lens. Good value for the price.

4K isn’t a big deal to me right now. Maybe in another few years. So Instead of waiting til then, I’ll use what I have, the 80D. Great camera for photography, videography, beginners and enthusiasts. Can’t go wrong.

As a beginner I wanted a camera that would be simple to use, yet have pro features that I could learn to use. Mainly I needed a camera to shoot video and tried out a Nikon first, wrong move. After trying for days to get a good video on that camera I switched to this Canon 80d and right out of the box the video quality was 100 times better. Love how simple it is to shoot good videos and photos. Highly recommended.

I will say I am just starting out learning photography. I chose this camera over the less expensive ones because I wanted to be able to grow into it. I have already learned the manual options and it’s been about a month. Very user friendly. I got the 18-135 Lens with it and it has taken some great photos for me. I would definitely recommend this camera! The photo posted was taken handheld with the 18-135mm.

Using camera for business product shots and instructional video. Quality is outstanding. Have also used for indoor and outdoor sporting and casual events, and portraits. Very pleased!

The Canon 80D is a must buy! Sure the camera is higher on the price scale but Is very much worth it! Even for beginners I suggest this camera instead of buying a cheaper one first because you will end up buying another camera due to its limitations. The canon 80D has it all! Give it a try and I know you won't be disappointed- it's such an amazing investment.
