This DSLR is outstanding. Love the added electronic viewfinder - goes perfect with the moveable, versatile touch screen. The camera is easy to use and is extremely light and portable. Like having a point and shoot on steroids! Built in flash allows for mic on hot shoe to get great sound on videos and vlogs. Several good lens options as well.

This camera is great. Excellent touch screen which is very useful for focusing. Touch and drag is probably the best in class when using the evf. The layout of the buttons and dials are very user friendly giving you the capability to adjust exposure settings without having to dig through the menu screen. Image quality is excellent using the same sensor found in the 80d. You get the compact body of a mirrorless and also have the capability of using ef/efs lenses with an optional adapter.

If you research professional reviews of this product you'll hear a lot of the same thing...canon is late to the mirror less game and where is 4K? First of all 4K takes up tremendous amounts of space and is really a marketing gimmick with consumer cameras. That shouldn't be the breaking point. Canon makes some of the best glass in the industry and this camera can take advantage of all of it with just a $100 adapter. The menus are clean and simple, if you've ever used a canon camera you'll be right at home. I have owned the 60D 70D and bought this since it is a small 80D. You can't go wrong with this camera.

Great camera for beginner & pro. The image quality is really good, touch screen & 180 angle for selfie. Many function, have fun with it.

I've been waiting for this camera for a while... I bought two of them. I love it.

I got this back in October, and have taken a lot of photo's, and video's. The camera is easy to use, excellent response in all areas. it is much more than a beginners camera, as this my backup to my 80D. I added the adapter and it works with my lenses, both Canon and 3rd party. Low-light is better than I expected and video is sharp, I am pleased with this more than I expected.
