    I don’t necessarily like the mic, you can’t really tell if it works or not. It doesn’t have a light switch or light that turns on when plugged into the camera so you don’t know if it’s actually working! Bummer!

    Mine came without the memory card included with the kit for some reason. They aren’t making it easy to be resolved either.

    Out of the package the Rode mic did not work with the camera. Hassle getting BestBuy to honor their commitment for decent service. You sold me an expensive item that was dead on arrival. fix it please. Told they couldn't assist because theres no warranty.

    Buy the camera separately. I bought the creator kit in October and the microphone by Rode started having static on videos within 3 months. The microphone was junk.

    The rode video go that comes with this does not work. There are issues with interference resulting in a popping hissing sound. There is no fix. Look it up on YouTube and you will see and hear examples. Love the camera but feel severely duped by the inclusion of a faulty mic that is proven (self included) many times on youtube. Very sad.
