Light, high quality, professional. I mean the list goes on. This was my first professional camera and it got put to WORK. I have so many photos i am proud of from my backpacking trips that I took it on.

This camera was used to shoot videos. It was not very difficult to set after watching some videos on how to set up the camera. With some additional instruction from a professional camera man, I was able to use it to shoot very good videos.

No matter what these tech geeks say, this camera has given me quality photos, while giving me the opportunity to make money until it was time to upgrade. good camera.

Best mirrorless camera for beginners/mid level users. It is break point quality / price. There is better cameras for professionals at 3 times this price, but this camera is unmatched at this price for quality. I did Sweden pros used this few times as backup camera. Easy to use to start with, but plants modes to learn. Best buy had it at same price as anywhere online, so it was natural decision to get it at Best Buy

I love this camera. For the price point, it’s an excellent value to upgrade to the RF lens system. It’s very easy to use and the quality is outstanding. I also use it fir live-streaming and the clean HDMI is crisp. The lens in this package is super quiet and I love that when shoot video. I think Canon got a lot right with this camera and it’s still relevant today. Anything it doesn’t have, I don’t really miss.

Fantastic upgrade from my 6D MKii, I’ve been looking and comparing Sony and EOSR5/6 Rp etc.. I watched probably every video on YouTube, picked up almost all of these cameras and this one sat just right. This camera may not have every latest feature but what it does have are the ingredients inside to take some amazing shots. It feels nice, it’s not bulky like older DSLRs, it doesn’t feel plastic, it’s fantastic. Great dynamic range, this is a pro level camera and capable of achieving a lot of different tasks depending on your skills and lens choice. I love the look and feel of these new lenses, even the STM versions. They all feel so much better than the older EF, EFs lens and older L series. The mount it self just looks far more superior and contoured just the right way that ads an amazing edge to older canons. When I was looking at the RP I noticed that it didn’t have screen on top and It bothered me that it was not there so I much prefer having it. All of my batteries from my 6DMKii fit as well so that’s a win. Over all this was a fantastic upgrade for what I had and I would highly recommend this to any level that wants a good pro level mirrorless camera shooting experience.

I purchased this camera to build my brand instead of having to hire a professional photographer repeatedly for photo content. I have been wanting to buy a "real" camera for YEARS! I finally did it and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is easy to use, which says a LOT considering I haven't used a camera other than my phone in DECADES. The picture quality is great!

If you want a full frame camera and the most bang for your buck then look no further. This camera has superb image quality and even being 4 years old it stands up quite well to its successors and competitors even from 2022. The only thing lacking is the IBIS but that is taken care of by image stabilized lenses that i have bought. I bought this camera for wedding, portrait and landscape photography and i am very satisfied with it. If you have a some extra cash to spare than i would suggest you buying this camera body Along with 24-105 L lens which will offer even better image quality. For me 24-105 f4-7.1 L lens is sharp enough for landscapes. For wedding i mostly use Canon 35mm f1.8 IS with this Canon R body.

Smart phones and computational photography aren't always the best! This camera and the RF lenses are amazing. Night time, day time, pets and photos. Just crazy. I like the lens that came with this kit but also really like the 100-400 for the zoom and also the 50 is amazing for photos. I have to say its worth the investment, especially do to the CMOS size. I am so glad that I bought this for scenic and upcoming trips! It will help keep memories and the ability to really get where the phones can't! While I really would have liked the R5, I have to say I'm glad I settled in on the R over the RP and R6... Though the R6 was a really tough call to choose over this camera.
