Powerful camera, stopped reading memory cards

Will be sending to repair (fortunately still under manufacturer's warranty).

I have used Canon's for years, so the brand was something of a given, so the learning curve was not as great. Reviews don't give it high ratings for video, I am only interested in still photography.
