I've had the camera for about 2nyears now. And can say it was a great purchase it can use any of cannons lens making it very versatile.

It takes great photos and it is extremely easy to use for beginners.

Let me say what a great camera this is. For beginners my daughter loves the pictures she is taking and it’s easy to use and operate. This was a great gift and who knows maybe the beginning of a little photographer.

Missing too many needed features for the price point. Fixed screen that's unable to swivel and NO touch screen, only 30 minutes of video recording time, only a few video recording options, decent auto focus system. The picture quality is great. If you need a budget mirrorless camera at this price range you should look elsewhere. Get the R50 instead if you want to get into the cannon mirrorless system, you'll be happy you did.

The camera's quality is really good, its also very easy to use. The only problem is if you want to stream with it, the canon application messes up quite a bit.

Got this for a starter camera and so far I love it! Bought a different lens for it but the one it comes with works just fine!

Hello, The camera was a gift. It arrived in a canon box that appeared to have been previously opened. The camera was removed from the box. It appeared to be new and all pertinent parts included. The camera is much too large for our intended use. It was packaged up as it arrived. There was no security tape or other sealing means evident. I returned it to the north Scottsdale store. A young man named Oscar helped me at customer service. He was polite and friendly. Oscar informed me that he was required to have a “”camera staff member” inspect the return. A man with a camera around his neck arrived at customer service. He did not greet me, say hi, bye or how’s your mother. He asked if the camera was my item. I confirmed it was. Did you open the box? Yes, I did. No reply. I stated that the box arrived in its present condition and all parts that I received were in the box. No security tape or film. He then informed Oscar that there was to be a restocking fee, turned and left with out another word to me. I somewhat understand the restocking fee. I do not under stand base rudeness and bad attitude. I am sorry you are having a bad day or hate your job. Yes the public can be challenging. I was not. I do not need abysmal customer service from anyone. Regards, Doug S.

Overall a great camera, perfect vision to capture memories, storage and zoom capability's are perfect.
