I purchased this camera from BestBuy reason is I saw on Canon website BestBuy is authorized seller. I got this camera and 2 lens around like spent 10k, even my scheduled pickup date delayed, I had a flight and I couldn’t pick up my order, whenever I called customer service I was talking people from overseas, they don’t even know anything about bestbuy and products and they didn’t transfer me to supervisor. i was just trying to track my item they didn’t share the location of my items. After I picked up my items I went again to BestBuy store to get information about warranty, they said they can’t help, the geek squad member didn’t even looked my face. They could answer my questions easily, I didn’t ask any complicated or tough questions. I chose BestBuy because I thought I can find an answer whenever I need but I had disgusting experience, I don’t recommend anybody to buy through BestBuy, better to get from Canon website, at least you will have better customer service and answers. The camera is amazing but I couldn’t enjoy it after this experience.

I bought this camera two weeks ago from Bestbuy. Took a long time to receive it and when I did the box came without the batteries charger and the battery. The next day I called bestbuy to have a replacement made and they sent me a QR code to send it back and I did within minutes since the agent assured me they would be sending the replacement out within 48hrs of receiving the returned camera. It’s been two weeks since then, no email saying they had received it and they would be replacing it. Instead I got an email recently saying they refunded and took $700 from me for a restocking fee!!!! This must be a joke! I have spent more than $170k thousand dollars on Bestbuy the last twenty years! I will never buy anything from them again. Hopefully you see my review and buy this camera elsewhere.

So far this is the worst ato-focus i have ever used. The video specs look good on paper but its honestly terrible. Currently in the prosses of seeing if its a bad unit with the support team.
