I upgraded from a powershot sx50 or so i dont remember the exact name, but it was very old. This one is great, a lot faster and the pictures come out very good. I use it for shoots on the go with my girlfriends.

This camera is awesome. At this price point this is my favorite entry level camera. Settings are easy to learn, the autofocus works great. I have zero issues/complaints nearly 6 months into using the device. I highly recommend that if you purchase this camera you consider buying the 50mm f1.8 lens, all photos posted are using said lens.
