I upgraded my Canon R to this camera and I absolutely love it! It is not as heavy as the canon R was, which I love! I take sports action shots so heavy is very taxing on my neck after awhile toting it around. So happy I made this purchase

Such an improvement compared to my 5d mark iv. The silent shooting mode is a game changer for weddings and intimate events. Currently using EF lenses but excited to upgrade to the RF lenses.

I was deciding on choosing the R5 but super happy I chose the R6 Mark ii Surpassed my expectations did really good in daylight + especially night life photography & videography I recently did a gig for a dj playing at a club and the camera handled smoothly with no issues This is a amazing camera I’ve attached pics before editing and after editing

So glad I upgraded. I love the quiet shutter & the electronic viewfinder. Super sharp focus too.

I’m a total beginner when it comes to photography, and the Canon R6 Mark II has made me feel like I’ve got a secret weapon for taking portraits! I’m honestly shocked at the photos I’ve been able to pull off with this camera. It’s like it knows exactly what I’m trying to do and makes it happen. The autofocus is unreal—it grabs onto people’s faces so fast, even when the lighting’s weird, like at sunset or indoors with dim lamps. My portraits come out looking so sharp and vibrant, with skin tones that just feel alive. What I love most is how this camera makes me feel like I can actually do this photography thing. I was nervous starting out, but the controls are so easy to figure out, and the menu doesn’t make my head spin. Huge upgrade, love the color science and the crazy blazing fast shutter speed. I like that the sensor is covered by a mechanical shutter when switching lenses. I love how lightweight the new camera is! I like that the camera has two card slots! The grip of this camera is awesome as well. The cons battery life, especially using the older batteries as back up from the 6d mk ii days. Other than that i can’t complain. Also not to mention, I own a few ef l series lenses. It’s nice that the lens are working nicely with the camera with the rf/ef dapter.
