Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the EOS R6's exceptional image quality, impressive low-light performance, and remarkably fast autofocus, frequently praising its ease of use and lightweight design. However, some users have reported issues with overheating, particularly during extended video recording, and shorter than expected battery life. A few also mentioned the camera's higher price point.

Haven’t owned it for very long but it’s an amazing camera already! Had a 60D and this was a huge step up. Full frame makes a crazy difference. This camera is super fast and super sharp. Haven’t even figured it all out yet and I’m extremely impressed.

Great camer for a semi-pro photographer! It has amazing features that enhance creativity. The only issue recently is that part of the photo is dark along the right side.

Mirrorless is the way to go. I had a DSLR for years rebel 3ti and 6D mark II. The autofocus is amazing as well as eye autofocus. The camera comes with in body stabilization and you easily adapt this with EF lenses. My old lenses 70-200mm 2.8 USM, 24-70mm 2.8 USM and 85mm 1.2 work like brand new lenses. The images are sharper and more crisp. The 2499.00 was a big pill to swallow but absolutely worth it

Upgraded to 2x R6's after using the R for a year and no longer being able to deal with the immense crop factor. This camera is a godsend for videographers despite what R5 elitists will lead you to believe. Had I wanted to primarily shoot photo I would've purchased an R5 but there's a slightly noticeable difference in low light shooting and the R6 barely outperforms the R5 in that category, albeit at a cost of half of the mp count.

Great for selfies, literally, I take a bunch more now and some photos of other things here and there. I really appreciate this camera it comes in handy at the best spots. I bought it with the 35mm RF and 50mm RF.

Seriously a game changer! I'm a portrait/wedding photographer, and was using the 5d Mark IV prior to getting the R6. The focus itself was the deal breaker for me! I always had to take so many burst shots on my 5d Mark IV because I was scared I would miss the focus, but with the R6, I barely miss a shot! I love it so much!

Bought it to replace the "R". WOW.. what a difference especially in low light. Less pixels but a better processor using the DIGIC X vs DIGIC 8 in the "R". I hardly ever us the flash anymore. Sensor is very sensitive. Great for sports and Wildlife. Can shoot up to 20 FPS with it. The "R" was only 8 FPS. Save your money and buy this one over the more expensive R5 .

I love Canon and I was excited about the mirrorless camera. The only problem with this camera is that the hot shoe has been loosened. I have to get it repaired within 6 months of the purchase.
