I bought this camera for my entire family to use. My oldest daughter uses one like it at school, but my younger daughter doesn't have any experience with anything more than a point and shoot. Both of my daughters use this camera and their pictures are amazing. I am considering purchasing another one.

This is a great camera and love Canon! Photos are crystal clear...it also uses my old lenses from a previous Canon. It's is super light...love my last Canon EOS d20 but it was like carrying a bag of sugar. Glad I stuck with a Canon again!

This is my first DSLR camera and a wonderful one. Very easy to learn to use and takes awesome pictures.

Camera takes wonderful pictures but can sometimes seem too bulky

I am really new with DSL cameras, been using my IPhone for my pics. But bought this for my little Avery's first dance recital and loved the video recording option also. Great camera!

This camera, between consumer and professional, works exceptionally well. It has been awhile since I have been able to take excellent (yes, I said excellent) shots in low light conditions. Also, I can control speed, avoiding blur. Tempting to leave it in Program mode, but I have made some great shots Manual mode, controlling criteria (the "bells and whistles"). I thank GOD I got this - it is worth it. I definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Great speed and autofocus for the money, however, need a Class 6 or higher memory card to do high speed video, which the store clerk did not know and i bought the wrong card.

this camera is white , light and the quality of the pictures makes so perfect and small for a very good DSLR , plus can be purchased a wirless remote control for shutter so cool

I love this camera. It takes awesome photos and videos.

Love this camera! You can even shoot video with it. There are a lot of different and easy features to use for a beginner and the typical features for a more advanced photographer. Love the size of the screen so that you can see what your pictures actually look like as you are taking the pictures and you can also enlarge them.

This is the perfect camera if you have used a 'point and shoot' camera and want to branch out. I also think this would be great for someone with no photography experience what-so-ever. It was easy to set up and so far has been easy to use. I also LOVE the rapid shooting ability-it has helped me get some great shots! I highly recommend this product!
