Everything I expected and more

The picture quality over my point and shoot is incredible. After a short learning curve I am almost a pro. For the money the best you can get.

its a nice beginner cam

Great camera, especially for a beginner

Most have been on 'auto' mode, but I have played around with the settings and I have finally started using the creative/manual modes and those pictures have turned out good as well. It was a little intimidating at first, but I am much more comfortable with the camera now.
