Good Camera, easy to use, takes great photographs.

I have never owned a camera before and I absolutely love my new camera! Simple to use and fun to take pics with!

I really like this camera. It tells you on the camera what each setting is and when to use them. I like the auto settings too if you want to take the picture right away. I highly recommend this camera.

Camera has features welcomed by a beginner and the ability to transition to advanced features as experience increases.

I used to have a Canon Rebel XSi until I upgraded to this T5. Very happy with the upgrade, takes amazing shots and this one has video recording!

Ended up returning the camera only because I decided to go with the EOS 70D instead. The T5i was nice and was of nice quality but I wanted something a little better and with wi-fi. Would recommend for someone on a tighter budget.

The camera that got me into photography. This was one of the best cameras for beginners, It is soo easy to use, menu's are not intimidating at all, and the picture quality was excellent. 18-55 lens is a great beginners range, and canon lenses are well priced to allow beginners to up their lens selection without taking out massive high interest loans.

This was a replacement for a T3 that was stolen. While sometimes a higher model number denotes an improvement in profitability rather than in features, she assured me that the rebel t5 seems to be an improvement over the rebel t3. I have not had the chance to evaluate the product personally.

This camera does more than I expected! While it doesn't have the Bells and whistles that the advanced version has, the pictures are just as good at a much more moderate cost.

I have always had great success with the Canon brand cameras. This one is my favorite so far. I use it mostly for outdoor shots and am still learning the different settings. I have been pleased with the auto setting as well. This camera is great for a beginner as well as for someone with experience.

Excellent camera but the file sizes were gigantic. I think I may have had it on the wrong setting for smaller file sizes but the pictures were beautiful.

Easier to change the lenses than I thought. The pictures are so clear and the preview allows you to zoom in to be sure the picture is clear before you move on.
