I have always been a "Canon Guy" and this was a progression up from the older 3Ti I had. Great picture quality, easy to use and familiar controls, nice size screen, and the wifi transfer to smart phone gets amazing photos shared quicker. The metering is very good. I use the camera for landscape and real estate and combine with a 10-24 Canon wide angle.

This is my first DSLR camera and so far I love it! The picture quality is super clear and the touch screen is really helpful. I love the built in WiFi so I can transfer the pictures to my phone anywhere, easily. The only bummer was that the lense that the camera came with (18/55) does not zoom far. I will eventually buy another lense that can zoom more.

I bought my camera and I'm very happy with it. The photos are exceptional. I decided to go back to the Canon. Yes the small digitals are nice but there is distortion there and you can't enlarge them all that much. Great camera for the money and it just came out on the market. The lens in the picture is not the one that came with it. Its one I had before from a previous Canon.

I love my Canon T6i. I love being able to connect to Wi-Fi and send the pics to my phone so I can share them instantly with my friends and family. I am a novice photographer, but I have been told that my pics look very professional. I am still in learn mode and looking forward to doing greater things with my T6i. Loving it.

I bought this camera primarily to use with my telescope for the solar eclipse. It replaced an old 35mm that I hadn't used in 10 years - which tells you my photographic experience. The camera is amazing. The detail and clarity of the pictures is amazing. The multitude of features has allowed an amateur like myself to take pictures I wouldn't have thought possible. The built in WiFi allowed me to control the camera from my smart phone while it was attached to my telescope for the eclipse. Which made things very easy. I find myself now using the camera everyday, which is the best recommendation I could give.

I'm loving this DSLR. I've been using my iPhone for pictures for Years thinking they were great. Until of course I purchased the T6i. I'm actually reading the manual to learn everything it does and the more I read the more I love it. The pictures are crisp and are of professional quality. It doesn't matter the situation as long as you have the camera set correctly, you're going to be amazed. My main reason for selecting this over all else is the built in wifi. I like the idea of transferring pictures to your phone and able to post them on social media or send them directly to a contact.

In 2011 purchased the Canon Rebel T3, 12 mega pix, and have enjoyed, recently purchased the T6i, 24 mega pix, with more bells and whistles and absolutely LOVE IT!. The flip screen is awesome too. I paired this with a Canon luxury lens (70-300mm L IS USM) and what a great combination, takes great photos in low light, easy to grip, easy to maneuver, just an overall FANTASTIC Canon camera!

Read multiple reviews before I purchased this camera. I am just starting out in learning about photography. I really love the touch screen, it is easy to use and would suggest to others. Will post a sample photo I took when first playing around with it.

Easy to use and auto focus and stabilization is extremely helpful for those that do not have a steady hand.

I am extremely pleased with the t6i for my first camera. Learning how to control exposure is a breeze with its easy to use interface. The battery life is exceptional, still lasts long after about 15 charges. I recommended my friend to buy this camera and he loves it.

This is an awesome camera that takes awesome pics. I am a beginner so the auto features allow you to point and shoot until you gain the skills and knowledge to adjust the settings like the professionals.

I was not in the market for a new camera but found myself purchasing one after noticing that the Canon Rebel T5 - which I already own - does not have a port for an external microphone. I have a photo booth business and hadn't not noticed the lack of an audio port until after I had booked a video booth for a wedding. Suddenly, I found myself in need of a new camera. After purchasing and using the Canon T6i, I immediately noticed a great difference in the photos it takes, in comparison to the photos I'd taken using the Canon Rebel T5, prior. Although this came to be a last minute and unexpected expense, I'm glad I made the purchase. It will pay off in the long run.

Excellent choice for a beginner or someone new to dslrs. Very easy to learn on. It offers enough control over images without being too confusing. Great picture quality too.

I moved from a Canon t5 to this t6a and what a difference! Tilt out touch screen and 24.2 mega pixels. What more do I need?

I took this camera for my cancun trip. It was user friendly, takes beautiful pictures. Still have a lot to learn but definitely would highly recommend this camera. Here is a sample of a picture i took with the camera.
