I love taking portraits with this camera. I really noticed the difference between this Canon and my Nikon, the Canon Rebel takes sharper photos.

Photos are really nice. No regrets. I really advice everyone buy this camera. Touchscreen is amazing.

We have had two previous rebel cameras and they have been great. I scrap boom for our children and they produce great pictures

Excellent upgrade from my old T1i. Perfect out of the box and love all the additional settings.

For decades I have been using an different brand of camera. I have also had my friends talk endlessly about the Canon Rebel T6i. So, I began to look into this camera. For the price, this camera comes with a lot of feathers. I like the fact that the T6i 19 focus, and cross focus points. This was a key factor for me. It led me to buy the camera, and try it out in the real world. 25.600 Max ISO gives it more bang for the buck; Optical Built-in Viewfinder; Built in WiFi (Some cameras still lack this feature). I also like that it shoots video up to 1920 x 1080 Max Video Resolution. There are also many other features that make this camera a good buy. The only downside I see with this camera is the low battery life- I am able to shoot about 450 pictures. You are also not able to adjust the auto-focus (fine tune the auto-focus). However, these two aside, this is a good camera. I now own two of them!

This camera is wonderful. Easy to use for a newbie. I love it and its perfect to take pictures of the kids during dance, swimming, etc.

Easy to use, takes great pictures. Especially like how you can transfer to your computer wirelessly. I'm a novice so based on my limited knowledge of cameras like these it's hard for me to compare to others. For me, and based on reviews I read, it's a great camera to get me started on taking pictures like a professional.

Before I purchased this product, I read the online review and it wasn't bad and after I purchased it I felt like I should give a review too and I hope it helps in your decision. This is a very sensitive camera so you have to be careful with the connection of the camera with the lens and I'll advice you get an insurance after purchase incase of any accident. So far it's been productive and saving me tones of space on my phone and money from this other photographer

I bought this camera for my grandson because he is interested in film and would one day like to pursue this as his life's work.

I bought this camera because my old Rebel t2i that died last year. My options were this camera the T6s, the 70D and 80D. I was on a budget so the 70 and 80D were out to begin with. That left the T6i and S. It all came down to $$. The features on the 6s didnt justify the extra 200$. So i got this and the 50mm (getting the 24mm next). I used it for our road trip through the east coast to DC then to TN. I gotta say WOW, i was so impressed with this camera. Picture quality was amazing, the speed and ease of use was great. Upgrading from the 2ti to the 6ti there a big difference but the functionality was pretty close. The one feature i thought i dint need but i was surprised how much i ended up using was the Wifi. It was super easy to setup and was great being able to post pictures on social media or send them to my family imminently vs waiting to go back to hotel and post later (photos have to be transferred to a mobile device or tablet using Canon app, cannot post directly from camera). I am glad i purchased this and highly recommend for someone who is looking for a beginner or entry level.

I bought this as gift to my wife. We had t3i model before but this one is way better in terms of resolution and quality.

Great camera to learn how to start taking pictures. Not hard to figure out all the features of the camera.

Love the simplicity of my new EOS! Enjoyed having it taking gorgeous sunsets off the gulf coast in Anna Maria Island!

I've had this camera for a few weeks and each time i use it, it continues to surprise me with features. I upgraded from a long-dormant EOS IX Lite, APS film camera. The features on the T6i are awesome. Recently discovered the fish eye effect setting. The wifi capability is handy, esp coupled with the Canon Camera Connect app to view and take photos from a tablet or other device. The IS lens is a great lens. Turn off the Image Stabilizer and you will notice the difference.

I bought this camera as my first dslr and it works great! The pictures that come out are beautiful and it is perfect to capture the best family moments. I also love the wifi feature for it helps me download my pictures directly to my iPhone!

Canon just keeps outdoing themselves. With live view on the large screen now this camera takes stunning pictures and videos. 25MP lets you take large pictures and crop them down to the part of the picture you want with great clarity. This is a highly recommended mid level camera with a lot of great features

I have been happy with this purchase. The camera replaced an older Canon Rebel of mine. It is relatively simple to get started with, and though there are many features I have not yet gotten to working through. I like how easy it is to connect to the app on the phone and view the pictures there. I also like the ease at taking video. The only thing I don't like is the lens that comes in the box. People that buy this camera want a versatile one, and the lens does not really do for that. Fortunately, I had older lenses that worked, but I would be dissatisfied if that were not the case.
