So, I was uncertain of what camera to get. I am kind of a newb in the field and I chose the Sony a6000 last year, didn't like it too much & it felt really fragile, so I sold it. After doing research, I was going to get the t5i, until I saw this camera. T5i and up is nice because of the touch screen (much easier to navigate menus, focus, etc). The t6i has more focus points and wifi (which is a new feature). When I am taking self-portraits, I can easily use my camera as a remote, however I cannot for video. It's also really easy to transfer photos to the phone via wifi. I shoot in Av or manual and I have had no problems. Photos are clear, colors are crisp. No issues there.

Great camera, easy to handle, not heavy, makes great pictures

The picture quality is very good, 24mp is wall mural material. I think they are getting out of hand with the mp. However the camera is easy to use and the manual part works great. Video on the other hand is better off of my phone. It does not have zoom quality and looses focus on any moving object. I think once the price comes down, and accesories are created like batteries and chargers, it would be ok. For now I cant see the need for the high mp at such a high price. Still love my Canon XTi 10.1. So as you can see, if you have the money, go for it.

Great camera! I love how you can connect with wifi and get your pictures to your phone right away! I needed this camera for dental school and it takes such clear pictures. I would buy all over again. I highly recommend this camera.

I purchased this after returning a Sony that I was very dissatisfied with. I made the right choice this time. This camera I easier to use and the picture quality is amazing. Even for point and shoot. But you're still able to customize settings for more artistic shots. Change of battery lasts a good amount of time. Highly recommend this one!

This camera is great! Got it for a graduation present and it takes good quality photos. I researched this camera heavily before and it's definitely something you can't go wrong with if you want to learn a little about photography. Watch YouTube tutorials and read the manual to really learn how to use this camera!

Excellent camera for beginners and intermediate users. Great features from auto mode to full programmable settings. WiFi features are easy to connect to a smartphone for image or video transfer. Bought for a birthday present and have not regretted the purchase yet.

This is my fourth Canon camera and is on the top of my list. It is light weight making it easy to handle during long shoots. The quickness and sharpness of the shots are great. I have a more complex camera but simplicity is a plus and this camera offers just that with the outcome of top quality photos.

Absolutely adore this camera. I bought the Nikon d3300 but quickly traded it in for the T6i. Very user friendly. Easy to use the wifi. Takes amazing pictures and video. Definitely worth the money.

I had small canon cameras in the past but was traveling to Europe on Vacation and wanted a Real camera. This camera was easy to use in auto mode, pictures came out terrific! Im excited to use the camera in the manual mode with different lenses.

This camera is easy to use right out of the box. The dual lense kit that came with it gives you a lot of options for just about any kind of photos. For kit lenses they do a very nice job. The auto focus is excellent and the image stabilization makes taking g photos a breeze.

Easy to setup and use. The picture quality is super. Everything is automatic adjusted when pressing the shutter button halfway. Thumb up!

I bought this camera a little over a month ago as my first DSLR. I have been impressed with how easy it has been for me to learn the ins and outs of it! It takes great pictures and is very easy to use!

We purchased this camera for work, mainly to take passport and visa photos. The camera is great, very high quality photos and easy to use. I would also consider buying the same for personal use.

I love this camera! I have had Canon cameras since 1984. True, I generally use them on programmed, but occasionally, I branch out. My last camera was a Rebel XTi, which I loved. The biggest differences for me are the T6i does video, has a large viewing monitor which can be reversed to protect it, and the much larger megapixel rating. I have only used it a few times, but my pix look great. It is lightweight and easy to use the standard features. Now, I still have to study up and expand my horizons!!

I was looking to buy my first DSLR and I found this one. For a "beginner" camera with a kit lens, it has worked very well. It's easy to use once you get used to it and it gives you clear pictures.

This was the first DSLR camera I have owned. My boyfriend and I purchased this together and have been nothing but impressed with it. We been taking it along to many outings and just wowed on how the pictures are coming out. The picture quality, battery life, and simplicity of the camera's interface made it a satisfying purchase.
