Great camera!! I a very happy that I bought it. Very easy to use and takes exceptional pictures!!

Having worked with the TI program cameras before I assumed I could just upgrade to the newest one without much difficulty, however even after a cursory glance at the instructions and features booklet, I still had trouble keeping everything in line with my needs for the day. I really enjoyed this camera but a word of advice do not buy it the day of an event that you need it for, spend some time with this camera and get to know it otherwise you'll miss out on some fantastic opportunities to use this great camera to the fullest of its potential.

Nice camera for a beginner. The camera is good for outdoors.

I had been looking at DSLRs for about a year before I decided on this one. It has just the right amount of capability to not completely overwhelm a beginner. It has been about 8 years since I used one and was able to pick it up fairly quickly. The photo and video quality have been fantastic. The swivel screen is a huge plus when doing solo videography with yourself as the subject.

Enjoy having the wifi and the camera is easy to use.

I ended up returning the camera for it's slightly more customizable brother, the Canon T6s. It had all the features that I wanted versus most of the features I wanted in the T6i. It take very good photos but I was looking for the features in the T6s. It really depends on which features that you want as to whether you by the i or the s version of this camera.

I absolutely love this camera it's so easy to use. And it takes magnificent pictures!

I purchased this camera for it's depth of field capabilities for taking model railroad pictures. It does an excellent job. I love the feature of being able to use your smart phone as a shutter button so it eliminates any blur due to shaking the camera. I've also taken several outdoor pictures and it does that perfectly as well. For the price and all that it does, I highly recommend this camera.

This camera was my first DSLR. I liked it very much. It's easy to use for beginners like me. Quality of picture was very good. Wifi inbuilt and touch feature were best among other features.

After viewing many different dslr cameras in store, I reached a decision to purchase the EOS Canon Rebel T6i. Although originally I wanted the t5, the fact that the T6i was the latest model of the rebel series made me want to reconsider. After purchasing the T6i and having played with it for about 3 months, nothing special really stood out to me. The built in wifi feature isn't even compatible with iPhone cell devices, which almost serves me no purpose. Also, the lcd screen which can open up and flip outwards is a cool idea in theory but may cause for more hazardous concern in the future. If the LCD screen is outwards at the time and you accidently sit it down wrong or God forbid even drop your camera, the LCD screen can easily dislocate. With that being said, nothing seperates this newer model from the older Canon rebel EOS models. I am not impressed and in no hurry to purchase another.

My third Canon camera and best one yet. Easy to use. Photos come out great.

I was in the market to buy a camera to capture the precious moments in life so I read reviews for a few weeks then I came across a young lady taking photos for college events and I had a chat with her and she loved it and captured the most beautiful photos with it, after that my mind was made I had to have it! Bought it and my goodness it is amazing!

I would highly recommend this camera to anybody that doesn’t want to go another step up to a $3000 camera. I got this on a cyber Monday deal with the regular and zoom lens and camera body all for less than the price of just the body on the Canon website. Definite win for me.

A friend who is a professional photographer said this is a great camera for it's price range, short of paying $3,000-$4,000. Has many great features, wireless remote control button to take pictures at low speed without risking shaking the camera. can connect with an I-pad. Additional lenses available.
