easy controls, right at your finger and totally viewable

I love everything about this camera, from the top LCD, to the remote control via my smartphone over wifi.

After having to return two different Nikons due to separate issues, I ended up getting this combo at Best Buy (sorry Amazon). The detail of the images with both these lenses is just awesome. The clarity and detail is amazing. I am sharing a photo of a bee that was taken with the 18-135 lens using the auto macro settings. When enlarged on the computer the detail of the bee is so sharp and clear. The second image was taken with the 55-250 lenses at the 250 end using the auto landscape setting. The third was just playing. These were my first photos taken with this camera so I haven't even tried to use any other settings. I like the flipping touch lcd screen. Makes one of these screens useful. I like the touch part to do the settings not that using the up and down dial was bad, the touch screen just makes it handier. I won't go into any technical or detailed review because "P K" has already done a great job and no sense in just repeating what he has said. Bottom line this is a great camera setup for the in-between consumer and professional level person who wants the ease of the consumer level but the quality of the professional level without all the buttons and settings that some pros like to play with.

I have used it for a month and so far I am very happy with it.

Price a little high but a good camera for beginner, easy to use. Haven't tried the Bluetooth yet.

Being honest, I know absolutely nothing about DSLR cameras. This is my very first one and let me tell you, it's really easy to understand. I've read the manual (not completely though# and it makes perfect sense. I initially picked this up because of my Youtube channel, but I have since decided to try out photography. The manual tell you everything you need to know about the camera AND it's pretty light weight. My dad bought me a canon camera long ago that took film #maybe 17 years# and I still have it. As someone who is new to the whole photography scene, I was slightly intimidated by this camera. I spent three weeks in the stores before I actually made the purchase. I'm surprised the employees didn't know my name #that's how often I was there). Overall I am so happy with my purchase. I will be back after I get acclimated with my "baby" to tell you all my great experiences!!!

i had higher expections from this camera. i was not what i had hoped for.

Camera did a great job, lens gave mediocre quality

I've had my share of cameras over the years. Most have been the Canon EOS Rebel series. The T6s is simply the best one ever made. Picture quality - sharpness, color, contrast, everything - is on par or better than some professional models I have used. In fact, this one shares some features that some of its professional siblings have. I bought it with the 18-135mm lens and unless I need some serious zoom, I will rarely take it off. I did try my eight-year old 75-300 IS EF Canon lens on it and it works flawlessly. Strongly recommended for consumers who want outstanding quality or even professionals on a budget.

I am a small business owner that incorporates photography. I have tried 4 different Canon DSLR's and this seems to be the best one at it's price point. However, I am finding that Canon's customer service and tech support is horrible! Everything from software issues to unreturned phone calls to their warranty policies. I have been a Canon user for 20 years, but am now seriously considering Nikon!

It is a really good camera! I went to a stadium and I took a lot of awesomes pictures. it has different types of captures. It is fast as well.

You will love this version is the best yet. I have owned t3i,t4i, and now you The T6s I'm very happy with the new version
