This camera has proven to be very beginner-friendly for me. It didn’t take long for me to become familiar with the settings and I was able to take high-quality photos in varying contexts.

Perfect For beginners! I was very unsure to start but it’s so user friendly and various auto program functionalities makes it super easy to use. Night light can be a bit challenging so spend on a good extra flash so it makes the photo with great clarity !

We purchased this camera for a trip to Yellowstone. Everyone in the family was able to take terrific wildlife and landscape photos. My one son started to play around with the other settings to improve his shots. The one lens did scratch around the edge. If I had to guess, it was from the lens cap. Do not twist it. Luckily it isn’t affecting our photos.

I love my new camera! Best birthday day gift ever. I was able to use it for the first time at Hakone Gardens. Pictures came out beautiful. I am still learning my camera right now so can’t say much. However, it was definitely worth the purchase.

Canon-Rebel T7 DSLR.This is a bargain for either a professional or amateur photographer. Everything you need for quality pictures are right there in the box. I went from the T5 after years of use and great pictures only because I dropped the camera zoom lens and scratched it on the beach. It still takes good pictures but when I saw the upgrade at a good price, then I upgraded. Beautiful, clear landscape pictures and I take mostly nature, sunset, out in the landscape of this beautiful world. I highly recommend this high quality camera. ("Add photo here in review" would only allow me to get one amazing pier picture in).

Good beginner camera. Strap is extremely basic but keeps you from dropping it when using right out of the box. Definite must-purchases that should probably also be included are lens cleaner and a basic lens hood. For the price, it gives you a good opportunity to learn about all camera basics. Having the zoom lens as well as a standard lens gives you the flexibility to practice all types of photography. The Canon app takes some finagling to learn how to connect the camera since it does not have Bluetooth. I bought this to use for “caught shots”—vacation, kids sports, etc. rather than studio work.

This is my first camera and it is actually awesome. I really really love it. It takes great pictures even though I haven’t used the Video feature. I’m pretty sure it’s really good too.

As a beginner, this camera is fantastic! Learning about the lenses and the lighting. Perfect starter camera. Best purchase so far this year.

really easy to use, quality picture perfect for someone getting started in photography

The Canon EOS Rebel T7 is a very good entry level DSLR. Recently I rode to one of our state parks near my home and tried a few shots out the car window. Even though the road bumpy I still got extremely sharp results. I have shot photographs of the quarter moon and have good results. I have enjoyed the results of the pop-up flash. Easy to use.
