Item has faulty SD receiver, plus it doea not take the picture when zooming to max view. Camera rerurns you to regular view.

I have had nothing but problems with this body. I have had other photographers look at it and try and determine what exactly is wrong and they are boggled. it does not take clear photos. The noise even at 100 or 200 ISO is substantial. It also can refuse to honor the shutter release and at times will only take the shot if I use the touch screen. Impossible to use in low light. It does a "breathing" when trying to focus and I have lost so many shots due to this. I am not sure if this is just MY camera body or if this is the t8i in general. it did seem to work ok at the beginning with full sun, BUT taking a closer look there is a lot of noise in the earlier photos too. Very disappointed and am trying to decide what to do with a lemon of a camera and little funds to buy a new one.

Customer service was spot on, and helped me right away. I was able to order what I wanted and it got my house safely and on time. However, there was barely anythjng instore or to order. Store was practically empty in this area. So choices where limited. Glad I'm a begginer and didnt need one of the fancier ones.

The Canon Rebel T8i was awesome to use, but my experience returning it was horrible. I ordered this camera via Best Buy app and it said absolutely nothing about a 15% restocking fee. I explained it to the manager and he did a mock order and he too didn’t see the 15% restocking fee but continued on with charging me. Worst experience EVER!!!!!

Bought this as a replacement for our old Rebel T3i or T4i. Major upgrade and the old lenses fit!

Either I need special training( which may be true) or this camera takes blurry pictures in every setting. It doesn't have enough zoom to get a good clear picture. I suppose I have to buy a telephoto lens for it I am not thrilled with this purchase and wonder if it is defective

First the picture quality is not that great. The flash doesn’t automatically open. You have to turn it on and manually lift the flash. The camera just feels cheap. Also, the features are limited and difficult to use.

Girlfriend loved it while it worked, but 18 months an the shutter crapped out - over $500 to fix. Fingers crossed CC extended warranty covers it
