The 4K video could use improvement but that’s really what this camera is used for. If you want great video, stick to the R5.

Not good for sports/ action photography

I returned it and got the cannon EOS R7, which is amazing for sport’s photography.

Great gift for photo-bright grandson

Greasy Camera - extra grease included free

Total disgust. I didnt open the camera and brought it back to the best buy location thay was closest to me (about 15 miles away). I returned the camera exactly as it was delivered without opening anything. The lady at best buy decided she was going to unseal and rip open the camera and then say they were going to charge me a restocking fee. Total disgust with best buy and their level of professionalism and QC. Plain bad experience. Plus, they keep pricing things higher than actual MSRP, then discounting it to say it's on sale. Desperate times call for desperate measures, huh bestbuy?
