Bought this to replace an Epson all in one printer with a cis system that I installed on it. (Printer ink is a SCAM and a RACKET!!!.) I have always liked the print quality of Epson especially for photo printing and they work great if you use them a lot but I don't print that often and the heads get dried out. I was tired of spending at least an hour trying to print something and having to run through several cleaning cycles just to print a page or two. It was about 5 years old and time to replace it any way. This printer works great and no clogging. Warm up time is a little long (about a minute) but after that it prints fairly quickly. Photo printing is not bad either. Bought it on sale for $170 plus $50 in BB rewards. (Almost as much as new ink for the Epson alone.) Setup was easy, have it plugged into my router so all my computers can access it. I spent less than an hour setting up the printer and installing the drivers on five computers. Everything went flawlessly. Very Happy with this new printer. I do miss the scanner on my Epson though but not that criticle. Might buy a flatbed.

Print quality is great. Warm up and wind down time seems a lil long but not a big deal. We were are able to print from our phones after downloading canon app but have yet to get the driver installed on our new laptop running Windows 10. Plan to call tech support.

Canon is a brand that I can trust, and the online review was encouraging --- these are the major reasons I purchased this printer rather than other brands. Sure enough, this printer has been working well for me since I started using it. I am satisfied with this purchase.

This device was purchased for a home office environment. It's louder than I would have preferred, but not obnoxiously loud. I've only printed approximately 50 pages so far, but all prints have been very crisp. Printer is connected via Ethernet, and multiple devices are printing without issue through LAN and Wireless.

Very heavy (weight) but decent color printer. Comes with only starter ink so be prepared to buy replacement toners earlier on. But as fast as my non color printer and had to troubleshoot wifi setup but got it working eventually.

My only complaint is the time it takes to get ready to print - once it gets going it's fine

I know there are printers with more features available now but this printer has both been reliable and prints very nice clear pictures on plain paper. I wish it did duplex printing, but I knew it did not when I bought it.

Easy setup, took about 20 minutes. Colors are true to color and price was right.
