    Printer is easy to set up and use. I have problems with my MacBook not being able to connect to the scanner. I get around this by plugging scanner via usb connection instead of wi-fi. When first setting up, had problems getting the device connected properly to my computers. But once resolved, works like a charm.

    Quiet, does everything it say it does. Easy to install on Windows 10. Only downside is the printer is huge and takes up a lot of space in a small office

    The print quality is fast and good, but the scanner is slow and often jams. I cannot scan more than around 10 pages at a time without a jam. Going to review Best Buy return policy and try to return this product.

    Everything was good. I was able to get it up and running within 15 minutes. The only thing is that it sometimes disconnect from the wifi. So I have to spend extra time waking it up then wait for it to reconnect. It doesn't print front and back. I was hoping it would but I can live without it.

    It prints good, but it does not scan neither with PC with windows 10 , neither with MAc . Contacted techical support , downloaded driver patch, still neither able to connect scanner neither with usb, nor wireless. I will return
