I brought one about two years ago. Not one problem. I brought another one for my son in Atlanta Georgia, he loves it...

I had to exchange the printer for another one because it did not include the toner cartridge that was stated on the box. After receiving the printer the second time, the toner cartridge was included. The printer has been working fine thus far.

This scanner takes up less room than the old one did and works just as good if not better.

I have only had it for about a month and only printed a few documents. It seems to be great.

DOES NOT WORK WITH APPLE PRODUCTS.

This printer/scanner does not integrate with Apple drivers well. After installation, the products either cannot be found on the iMAC or remains offline despite all attempts at reviving it. After any Apple upgrade, the Canon 267dw is lost again. If somehow you get it working, it is challenging to work with, with an archaic panel and cumbersome, non intuitive process. Avoid this

Single. Worst. Large Purchase. I have ever made. Bar none. Wonderful when it works the way it's supposed to, but it works the way its supposed to only 30-40% of the time. Always a crap shoot whether any of the functions will work on the first try. Or the third. Or the fifth. Usually, by the sixth. Usually. Sometimes prints right away. Sometimes after 3-5 minutes, or when it feels like it. Or not at all until cycled on and off. And on and off and on and off and on and off and..... Eventually, I am going to replace it, then take it out to some parking lot and replay that scene from Office Space where they destroy the printer. Unlikely that will do anything but create more performance problems, but it will feel good. Until then, just keep trying and trying and trying until it eventually does what it says it can do. Should have bought an HP or an Epson. Uggh!
