This printer is useless. It will not detect a USB connection. It will not scan or print from a direct connection. It will not detect a computer hooked directly up to it. It will not maintain any kind of wireless connection. It will not recognize any computer on the network when connected via Ethernet. Do not buy this product.

I am a loan signing agent and my job requires large print sizes. I thought to invest in this printer due to it's a laser printer. Since I purchase this printer nothing but frustration and printing issues. If you are seeking to print large documents in legal and standard sizes. This printer jams for no reason. It overheats after 25 papers than reoccurring paper jams every time you do more than 25 or more. Please do your research on this printer. I have definitely had to change to an HP all in one

Excellent printer for home office. This is our 2nd Canon printer and we have liked them both very much. Highly recommend!

Quit working after 5 months and probably 700-800 pages. Just freaking stopped working. wen't throught all troubleshooting, tried to redo wireless setup, wired setup mobile setup... NOTHING just doesn't print anymore. garbage. menu/UI is ancient by the way.

Printer works great and is decent size. Canon service was excellent too.

Designed for small and medium-size businesses, it takes time to learn how to use it but canon is canon

This machine is not as comfortable to use as the MF229dw which it replaced. There was also a problem with the printing of envelopes which the seller fixed albeit at a cost of $39. Overall a disappointment.

This printer's resolution quality is absolute garbage. I thought maybe it was the PDF, or then maybe my driver? Nope! I knew the printed image quality would be bad, but even with text the edges all the letters are blurry AF, hurts my eyes to read anything after a while.

Excellent delivery from Best Buy. Setup is near impossible with manual but easy with video tutors from others. Functions appear to be ok but touch screen functions are low grade and awkward. So far only network to Mac but Win 10 PC will follow.

This is by far one of the worst printers I've had. There are no features like the window that pops up to tell you how many pages you have left in your printing sequence. The print quality is illegible, even after replacing ink cartridge multiple time. The features to try to navigate to adjust settings are not user friendly. I print legal docs and I can't wait until I'm out of ink so I can toss this piece of overpriced junk into the garbage.
