I purchased this printer because i was tired of my all inkjet printer. Always failing and giving me troubles. This printer is very simple but great, it does the job without any troubles. Now i can print from anywhere i am using my phone or my laptop.

Perfect for my needs. Easy to setup, quality black and white printing, easy to use scanner. It was also a great value. The wireless functionality makes it simple to print from any location in my house.

This Canon is exactly what I wanted! It fits in my cabinet, prints just b/w, extremely easy set-up for an old lady. Absolutely love it!

I consistently have problems keeping it connected to my wi-fi/computer. It's a minor hassle to manually reconnect it, especially if I have to restart the computer. Aside from that, it prints quickly and clearly, handles duplicates and double sided with ease, and has no smudging and is clear. I'm on the fence about recommending because I don't know how many people would have the patience to reconnect frequently and restart occasionally.

Print quality is very good. Easy-to-use and secure. Easy to setup.

So far so good, although I haven't printed too much as I generally don't need to.....and that's been the problem with my previous (HP inkjet) printer - I'd go to print and the cartridge was dried out, so it would basically cost me $25 whenever I needed to print something. This laser printer is significantly faster, prints on both sides, and don't have to worry about garbage inkjet cartridges. Had an issue with a corrupted Windows file that prevented installing the drivers (not the fault of this printer or software), but once I sorted that out, this was easy to get up and running. As long as this lasts and don't get bogus "low toner" messages, I'll be happy with this printer.

Great working piece of equipment. Very easy to use and very easy to setup. However, I did have to call the help line in order to setup up online use. But I love it.

I replaced an older model of this printer with the MF273. Printer works fine, the only issue is the availability or printer cartridges. Best buy did not have any, and the order from Amazon took 4 weeks. I hope this problem does not continue.

Prints well both with its driver and with airprint. Documentation even online is problematic. To scan you MUST use keypad; otherwise machine seems to not understand computer instructions. Machine is a bargain in my opinion.

Works great as a wireless printer. Kind of tricky getting it to use the right paper tray, even though it only has one tray. Wireless setup was easy.
