Fast printing. Good print quality. Now if it will only stop changing the ipv address and going off line, I could give it 5 stars. I followed the instructions and it took 5 trips to my modem before the wireless connection would work. If problem persists, I'll have to call Geeksquad. Purchased the protection at a minimal cost.

This laser printer saves on ink! The toner lasts much longer. It prints quickly and correctly. Canon products are so good

Have an older Canon All-In-One laser printer from 2009 that still works, but needs a new cartridge. Decided to buy a new laser printer instead of spending another $70+ on a new toner cartridge. Decided on this MF414DW because it has duplex printing, duplex scanning, 1000 Base-T Ethernet, and support for mobile printing from Android and iPhone/iOS. The mobile printing works very well with one-click functionality. Scanning to PC results in image showing up on your computer without need for starting Canon image app first. Prints very fast. It is big and slightly louder than my older Canon.

Laser printer is like an SLR camera with instant response time and Ink Jet is like point & shoot camera that takes forever. This one prints super fast and efficient, very well made and classy looking for my home office. I am hoping to save some money on not buying ink jet cartridges every now and then. I got a very good deal from Best Buy, was competitively priced against online retailers. Note this is not a color printer, and I 95% of my printing needs are black & white. This printer supports dual sided printer which is very important feature to save papers (trees)

I purchased this printer to replace a BRAND NEW HP printer that went south within less than a month. No issues with the Canon printer 2 months in. Currently using Babson 119 cartridges from Amazon with the unit and have had no issues whatsoever. So far, so good!

Bigger than I thought it would be - but ultimately much more functional than the previous printers we had in the office (which we still pretty good but were moved to another site). We are definitely not disappointed.
