This printer has been an excellent value and served me well. The networking tech is old enough that I find it glitchy despite it being connected to my home network via Cat6 ethernet cables. Toner printers are so much cheaper and more convenient than ink jets. And, as my wife pointed out, how often do you ever truly NEED to print in color?

I wanted a fast printer, scanner, copier for general small office work. Sometimes we print sevearl pages and speed is a convenience. did not want color as I have another I use for color if needed. This printer is perfect for small office use.

Prints fabulously. You’ll need lots of tech support to get all but the basic features working..... best done via phone than email. Tech support is great: no complaints

Canon - imageCLASS MF424dw is Fast, compact and over all excellent printer. Much better choice than the inkjet printer I had. I still need to check how many pages the laser cartridge make.

Easy to setup and get going. Very fast printer. Works perfect on wifi, and has been a game changer allowing us to print from our phones, laptops, iPads, etc. Very pleased thus far.

telephone support for set up was wonderful. great copies warms up fast and goes back to sleep fast haven't tried to FAX yet

Easy setup, quality two sided prints. That will help with cost because cartridge is about 100 bucks.
