Great printer terrible software

Trying to get it Set up for scanning to email however you would need an advanced IT degree for. I spent over four hours with my nephew who is a computer science engineer, and we were unsuccessful. I don’t see a point in having a wireless scanner/printer if you got it connected to the computer anyway. Finally found a YouTube video what showed us the correct settings to put in the computer. Finally got it to work. You would think it should be almost plug and play. Specially with the way we have software and technology now.

Great B&W printer

Easily able to be connected to WiFi network and once you download the Business App, you can print and scan straight from you phone.
