    We use all the features at work; scan, print, faxing and faxing is over VoIP. The app we found that is most useful is Scan & Capture but it’s made from another brand but works with Canon. It requires a manual download and setup but once it’s done, you’ll have happy users. Setting up the fax takes more time.

    Easy to hook up to my WiFi and it stays connected. The control screen is large and easy to read. Quality of the print is acceptable. This printer operates faster than the HP multifunction unit that I replaced.

    The machine is working fine but a design flaw ruined everything. The control pane in a display sticking out is very easy and fragile to be demanged as it happened to mine. It is a single point of failure and the machine is no longer working

    Thus far, this is the best laser printer I've owned. It was very easy to set up using wireless connection. Directions were very clear, functionality excellent. It is awesome. However, it only prints black and white which ok because the toner cartridge is very expensive; nevertheless, the toner can allows for at lease 3,100 copies compared to an inkjet printer. Purchased this printer on clearance at an awesome price.
