    This multifunction machine works well for a decent price, but the menus are very difficult to follow and the toner is very expensive. Some of the back arrows don't even actually go back to anything.

    There is no manual and no instructions to set up UI. Can not get ahold of a support person. Very frustrated.

    Great overall product, but some of feature improvements for Windows scanning could be used as installed tool is a little clunky. Great for printing, faxing, and non-scanning functions.

    The print quality is grayish-black, rather than a true black. Sometimes it doesn't print and I have to fiddle around with the menu, which says it's out of paper when it isn't. I haven't figured out yet how to scan to a specific folder destination. The high pitched beep at the end of each print job is annoying. Any way to turn it off?

    Love this printer. Was very easy to setup. Had initial problem with with password, but I call canon support and they were able fix the problem in less than 30 minutes.

    Prints well in black and white. I just notice a hint of grey in the entire background of the print page area, which should just be left untouched as white.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND! I need to get this returned!! The scanner is very hard to set up! It needs some admin account and a very long process, plus there are no videos or Manuel as to how to get the scanner set up.
