After my previous Brother laser printer stopped working properly--it was always hit and miss with quality and jamming--I sought a new black-and-white printer for my business needs. Setup was a breeze with zero issues whatsoever getting it updated and communicating with my MacBook Pro. (Just a heads up: if you're using this printer to print labels, you WILL have to tweak some of the print settings--particularly the paper type--to get the printer to print onto the paper properly.) My labels are now better than ever with none of the issues I had with my previous printer. It prints perfectly EVERY time with no jamming issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a small business looking for a step-above your average printer.

Literally zero complaints. Fast and crisps prints. simple setup (don't forget to create a simple admin login). Does everything you'd expect and more from a printer at this price point. (Bought on sale)

I use this printer for my home business. It is small enough to fit in my office setup. Yet, the printer is reliable and can print up to 40 pages per minute. I love using this printer for my business needs.

Great printer, I work with a similar model the Imageclass D1620 at my office. That model was great for my office work but I needed something for my home office and this unit is great, plus it offers faxing. Great printer at a great price. Thx, BB.

I had a small printer and its cartridges ran out quickly and I decided to buy this one from Canon! In addition to doing absolutely everything, it is easy to use, the toner is for at least 1200 prints and the quality of prints, copies and scanning are perfect, much smoother and clearer!

Good deal for a Canon all in one printer. Printer setup is easy. Sometimes lost connection during scan function. Hope can fix it

This printer is fantastic! I had it up and running within 15 minutes. Its a very fast printer and does not use up a lot of toner either. I moved away from HP products and I'm very pleased with this Canon.

Nearly 'plug 'n Play, actually. Not advertised as such, but after I plugged it into power, plugged in the USB cable, turned it on... Voila! Works fine! Very Happy with it.

I love this so printer so far. Best Buy is where I buy all my electronics. I had picked up the printer from my Asheville Best Buy and they were phenomenal, they helped me load it into my car as well.

This printer forced me written a negative review. The Canon - imageCLASS MF455dw is the worst printer I've ever used. Here are just a few of the problems I've encountered: The printer constantly goes to sleep. I have to manually wake it up from sleep mode every time I want to print something. This is incredibly frustrating, especially if I need to print something urgently. The print speed slows down significantly after about 10 pages. This happens even when printing simple text documents. The print is blurry. Even when using new cartridges, the print is blurry. I've tried to troubleshoot these problems, but nothing has worked. I've already regretted buying this printer and I advise you not to do the same. I hope my review helps you avoid buying this awful printer.

Bad choices scanner not working printer is ok but waste of money

Worked flawlessly (bought in December for Christmas) until last week when all went South!

I just love this printer. I was so sick of ink jet printers that are cheap, but have astronomically priced ink that gets used up in one print job before the printer finally breaks the day after the warranty expires. This printer is a solution to that, if you know what I’m talking about. Yes, laser printer ink is expensive, but this thing can print thousands of pages on one cartridge. It always works. If you want a photo printer, this is not that. If you have to print documents sometimes or are a writer, just buy this. So easy to set up, so solid. Say goodbye to drop kicking broken ink jet printers that are unfixable rubbish. Say hello to printer heaven.
